Julie Daniluk’s Meals That Heal Inflammation: Embrace Healthy Living and Eliminate Pain, One Meal at a Time (this is the book that lead me onto a road of healing through food and I recommend it to anyone who has digestive pain or discomfort and wants to understand why)

Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution: Rediscover How to Cook Simple, Delicious, Affordable Meals (this is my go-to for basic recipes. The spine is cracked because many of the recipes are our go-to’s)

Jamie Oliver’s 15 Minute Meals (although that timing doesn’t include prep time so they are really 30-45 minute meals but everything we’ve made is absolutely delicious)

The Whole30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom (an excellent program to help reset cravings for sugar and starch, but very strict and designed for meat-eaters)

The Whole30 Cookbook: 150 Delicious and Totally Compliant Recipes to Help You Succeed with the Whole30 and Beyond (some delicious recipes from multiple contributors)
